I am Based in New Barn in Kent however my service area is all of south east London and Kent. I have a lovely client base that stretches from Battersea in London, across to Surrey and all the way down to Deal! Travelling has never been an issue for me.

House Rewiring

Fusebox Upgrades
I pride myself on my consumer units always being neat, tidy and very presentable. We always install RCBO protection and a surge protection device as a standard with all consumer unit changes. Our favourite brands are Fusebox and Hager, these are great quality at a very fair price point.
Electrical Safety Certificate/EICR
As a Landlord, you'll need an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). This is the inspection and testing of your electrical installation. You will need this at least every five years and should be carried out by a person who is qualified and competent. My qualification of City and Guilds:2391-52 and my vast experience in the inspection and testing of electrical installations should put you at ease to know that you are in safe hands. I absolutely love inspection and testing and is one of my favourite jobs.
